For dinner later this week I will be making a delicious summer salad with shrimp, avocado, red onions, cilantro, and corn. It’s one of my favorites. The only problem is that as of now, the avocado is as hard as a rock. I was able to get some really helpful information online about ways to more quickly ripen an avocado. I decided to try the avocado and a banana in a brown bag approach. Hopefully this will work!
